For local orders within Singapore, you may pick up your order directly from our office, or opt for delivery at SGD 25. Deliveries will be made between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, excluding weekends and/or public holidays. For overseas orders, we offer worldwide shipping service through FedEx. We will send you the tracking order number provided by FedEx after your order has been shipped out.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses at the moment. Please allow up to 7 business days for air and ground shipping, excluding weekends and/or public holidays.
For international orders, there will be an additional charge of SGD 72 for Asia countries and SGD 142 for Europe and other countries.
If you place your order after 5.00 pm SGT, we will process your order on the following business day. Once we receive your payment, our fulfilment team will proceed to check, test and document each watch before they are shipped out. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your order before we ship it out.
Most international orders will be subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specific to each country. These regulations are the sole responsibility of our customers. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
