For Singapore local customers, please visit our office to pick up your order directly. For overseas customers, we offer worldwide shipping service. Shipments will be sent out through Fedex. After we receive the tracking order number from the shipping company, we will then share the assigned tracking number for you to track your order.
Unfortunately at this time we are not shipping to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. Please also note that our 6-7 business days air and ground shipping excludes weekends and/or holidays.
For international orders, we charge SGD72 for Asia and SGD142 for Europe or other countries.
If you place your order after 5:00pm PST, your order will be processed the following business day. After your order has been processed, your order will be shipped 6-7 business days after.
The time of processing an order can take 6-7 business days because our watches are stored securely in a safe that needs confirmation before watches can be removed from there. Once payment is received, further confirmation, testing and documenting occurs at our fulfillment center before being shipped out.
Majority of international orders will be subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations which are specific to each country. These regulations are solely the customer’s responsibility. For more information on this, please contact your local customs office.
CHANGE/CANCEL YOUR ORDER:
There is a limited time for you to modify your order if you need to make a change or cancel your order. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. Please be ready to provide us your order number for any cancellation or modification.
